Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Put brown sugar and butter in a sauce pan.
  2. Melt together.
  3. Add vanilla and water.
  4. Heat on meduim/high heat until it boils.
  5. Turn down a touch and boil for 5 minutes.
  6. We alter this a little by adding different flavorings. Cherry, rum, chocolate, add your favorite. Kids think this is the bomb....
  7. NOTE: Good idea from shirleyoma, use splenda brown sugar instead to make it for everyone and better for you!
