Ingredients:

  • 250 ml water
  • 250 ml water

Directions:

  1. Place the water and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
  2. Increase the heat and simmer until the liquid is clear.
  3. Remove from the heat, set aside to cool, then bottle.
  4. Date your bottle and refrigerate until use.
