Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp lemon extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp mace
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degreees F.
  2. Grease cookie sheets.
  3. Dust raisins and nuts in 1/4 cup flour.
  4. Cream butter and sugar.
  5. Add salt, eggs, lemon extract and sour cream.
  6. Sift flour and the rest of the dry ingredients into creamed mixture and mix well.
  7. Add nuts and raisins and stir.
  8. Drop by teaspoonsful onto cookie sheets.
  9. Bake 10 minutes.
