Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp basil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix the ingredients.
  2. Marinade the tuna steaks at room temperature for about a half hour.
  3. Broil for 6-8 minutes per side.
