Broiled Tarragon Chicken With White Wine

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp tarragon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine wine, olive oil, tarragon, salt and pepper.
  2. Add chicken and turn to coat. Marinate, turning once or twice for 30-60 minutes.
  3. Preheat broiler. Set chicken, bone side up, about 6 inches from heat.
  4. Broil 10 minutes.
  5. Turn, baste with marinade, and broil until cooked through.
