Broccoli with Zesty Sauce

Directions:

  1. Trim off large leaves of broccoli and remove tough ends of stalks. Wash broccoli thoroughly; cook in a small amount of boiling water 8 minutes or until tender. Drain well. Set broccoli aside and kepp warm.
  2. Sute onion in butter in a medium skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly until tender. Reduce heat to low. Stir in sour cream and next 6 ingredients, cook, stirring constantly, until thoroughly heated. Pour over reserved broccoli, sprinkle with cashews. Serve immediately.
