Broccoli, Sausage and Pasta Ears

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil and add pasta.
  2. Meanwhile heat olive oil over medium high heat and quickly cook the sausage.
  3. Add the broccoli, garlic, butter and chicken broth.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce to medium high and cook uncovered for 5 minutes, reducing sauce.
  5. Drain pasta and pour into a serving bowl.
  6. Add the broccoli mixture and cheese, tossing well.
  7. Serve.
