Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut broccoli florets from stem.
  2. Discard stem.
  3. Cut florets into smaller pieces and add to large bowl.
  4. Add chopped red onion.
  5. Combine mayonnaise, powdered sugar and wine vinegar in a separate bowl.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Add dressing to the broccoli and combine.
  8. Add sunflower seeds, bacon and raisins.
  9. Refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
  10. If the salad seems too dry for the amount of broccoli, make a half batch of the dressing ingredients and mix into the salad for an extra creamy batch.
  11. You may substitute craisins in place of the raisins.
