Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Saute broccoli and onion in olive oil until soft.
  3. Spoon veggies into deep dish pie crust.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, then pour over veggies.
  5. Bake until center is set, about 30-45 minutes.
