Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute (use 2 eggs, if you aren'tsp concerned about raw eggs) or 1/4 cup pasteurized fat-free liquid egg product ( use 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2-2 cups milk ( skim, low-fat , lactose-free
  • 1 tbsp sugar (i use 3 packets of splenda) or 1 tbsp equivalent artificial sweetener (i use 3 packets of splenda)

Directions:

  1. Blend all until thick.
  2. Garnish with a second dash of ground nutmeg.
