  1. Toast or grill bread until lightly browned. Top with beautiful ripe tomato slices, salt and pepper to taste, and fresh basil leaves. You can also use thinly sliced vidalia onin rings on top of the tomatoes if the taste is not too strong for your palette in the morning.
