Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients, except Brazil nuts and chocolate pieces.
  2. Blend well at low speed.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup Brazil nuts; mix thoroughly.
  4. Chill dough for easier handling.
  5. Shape into balls, using a rounded teaspoon for each.
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
  7. Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven.
  9. Press a candy kiss or 5 chocolate pieces into center of each hot cookie.
  10. When chocolate has softened, spread to frost.
  11. Sprinkle with remaining chopped nuts.
