Brandied Apricot Glaze

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp brandy
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-low, stirring to blend well, for 5 minutes.
  2. Brush on pork or poultry during the last 5-10 minutes of grilling time.
  3. Leftover glaze can be stored in the refrigerator.
