Ingredients:

  • 3 cups kellogg's all-bran cereal
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup splenda granular
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Add boiling water to cereal. Let sit until water is absorbed.
  2. Mix wet ingredients.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Bake as in 400F oven for 15-20 minutes.
  5. Store batter in fridge for up to 6 weeks.
