Bran Muffins by the Bucket

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups 100% bran
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix bran + water.
  2. Mix oil, sugar, eggs.
  3. Stir in buttermilk.
  4. Add the rest.
  5. Put in greased muffin tins (only fill 1/2 way).
  6. Cook at 400 for 20 minutes.
