Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oat bran
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 425. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups.
  2. Combine dry ingredients; mix well. Add combined milk, egg whites, honey and oil Add remaining ingredients mix until moistened. Add in dry ingredients, mix well.
  3. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
