Boy Scout Blue-Ribbon Kielbasa

  1. Cut onions and peppers into 3/4 wide strips. Saute until onions start to become clear. Cut Kielbasa in 1 chunks and add to onions and peppers. Add pineapple, including juice. Place lid on Dutch Oven. Cook at around 350 deg. for 35 minute.
