Directions:

  1. In small bowl make a paste with the pressed garlic and salt.
  2. Combine with cream cheese, butter, parsley and pepper until smooth.
  3. Cover and store up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
  4. To serve transfer cheese to a 2 cup ovenproof bowl or ramekin and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve with crackers or croustades.
