Roasted Garlic Spread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cut garlic head 1/4 way down
  3. Drizzle with olive oil
  4. Wrap in foil
  5. Bake 40-45 minutes, until garlic is soft
  6. Let cool
  7. Squeeze out garlic into mixing bowl and set aside
  8. In mixing bowl, add cream cheese and butter and beat until light and fluffy
  9. Add garlic and salt and beat until blended
  10. Stir in chives
