Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup bacon pieces
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 can green chilies 4 oz
  • 1 bottle mexican beer 12 oz
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 can pinto beans 16 oz.
  • 1 can rotel 10 oz.

Directions:

  1. In a medium pot over mediumhigh heat, stir in all ingredients except cilantro and lime. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to mediumlow and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
