Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cups coconut (7 oz bag)
  • 1 can (14 1/2 oz ) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 325
  2. Lightly grease a 9 inch pie plate
  3. Mix together coconut and condensed milk : set aside
  4. Melt butter and chocolate together in microwave at medium heat (about 2 1/2 minutes)
  5. Stir until smooth
  6. Combine with the sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla
  7. Spoon the chocolate batter into the pie pan and spread over the bottom of the pan
  8. Spread coconut -milk mixture on top, leaving a 1/2 inch border between it and the edge so the chocolate layer can form a crust as it bakes
  9. Bake 25 minutes
