Blueberry Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries (or any berry of your choosing-about 12oz package)

Directions:

  1. Bring water, sugar and lemon juice to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Add blueberries and return to a boil.
  3. Boil for 5 minuets.
  4. Serve warm.
