Ingredients:

  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 lemon , juice of
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix flour and sugar with washed berries.
  2. Place in a greased baking dish and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together.
  4. Cut in the butter.
  5. Add milk and stir to blend.
  6. Spoon over berries.
  7. Bake 425°F for 20 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with cream.
