Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup eggbeaters
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. Beat eggbeaters. Add to dry ingredients and stir with a fork to mix well.
  3. Add milk and vanilla a blend well.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Let batter rest at least 15 mins.
