Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cup. of fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup. of milk
  • 1 cup. of granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla
  • 2 tsp. of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • for topping
  • 1 tbsp. of granulated sugar, mixed with
  • 1/4 tsp. of ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees.
  2. Next you can grease the muffin cups.
  3. Then you wan to mix butter until smooth and add in sugar mixing until fluffy.
  4. Now add eggs one at a time.
  5. Next you can beat in vanilla, baking powder and the salt.
  6. You want to use a spoon to fold in the ingredients, before slowly pouring in the milk.
  7. When all is folded in, spoon into muffin cups and sprinkle on topppng and bake at 25-30 min.
  8. Serve.
