Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups blueberries , plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender, and blend until well-combined. Garnish with blueberries and serve immediately.
