Ingredients:

  • 1 pint fresh clean blueberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Place blueberries then cream, vanilla and mascarpone cheese in a high speed blender
  2. Pulse till thick ( only a few seconds )
  3. Serve immediately or chill ( mixture with thicken with standing ) but this is best when freshly made.
  4. Note: Don't over pulse as the cream may get too firm an actually become clumpy
