Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 (12-oz.) package frozen blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Directions:

  1. Combine maple syrup, blueberries, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat; reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes. Serve warm.
  2. *1 (12-oz.) package frozen mixed berries may be substituted.
