Blueberry Lavendar Cheesecake

Ingredients:

  • use vanilla crust-see crust page
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 oz lavendar extract(bickford flavors)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 500^.
  2. Layer blueberries evenly in prepared pan.
  3. Blend cream cheese,sugar and flour until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time.
  5. Add extract and cream, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Pour over berries.
  7. Bake at 500^ for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce temp to 250 and continue baking for 1 hour.
  9. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
