Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oatmeal
  • 4 oz 1% milk

Directions:

  1. Prepare the oatmeal according to directions. I use steel cut oats for the lowest glycemic index. Because steelcut oats take 40 minutes to cook I make a batch and keep it in the fridge for several days. Thaw or defrost if using frozen blueberries. Mix together chocolate, oatmeal and blueberries. Microwave for a few seconds if needed to melt the chocolate. Mix in milk and enjoy
