Directions:

  1. Shake first 4 ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Put blueberry jelly in the bottom of a cocktail glass.
  3. Strain the drink over the jelly in glass.
  4. Garnish with a crushed digestive cracker and some grated lemon peel.
