Blue Cheese Stuffed Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • size 8-10 - shrimp
  • 4 strips - bacon

Directions:

  1. Peel and devein your shrimp. Cut a deep slit in the where deveined. Fill with your blue cheese, and wrap with a slice of bacon.
  2. Place on pan that has been sprayed with pam and place in oven set at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked.
  3. Remove and serve over a bed of spinach salad.
