Blue Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat 375 oven.
  2. Mix apricots, parsley, garlic and cheese in small bowl.
  3. Loosen the skin of chicken breasts and stuff cheese mixture underneath (don't worry, a small rip won't ruin the dish:o).
  4. Press the skin down.
  5. Wrap each breast half with 2 slices of bacon.
  6. With sprigs of thyme.
  7. Butter/spray baking dish.
  8. Bake about 40 minutes.
  9. Voila!
