Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place blintzes approximately an inch apart in a pyrex baking dish.
  3. Put remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  4. Pour over blintzes.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for approximately 1 hour.
