  1. In a blender, combine the warm milk, yeast, sugar, eggs and oil; cover and process on low speed for 30 seconds or until blended.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add yeast mixture; stir with a spoon until combined (do not knead). Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  3. Stir down dough. Fill greased muffin cups half full. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 30 minutes.
  4. Bake at 350° for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pans to wire racks. Serve warm. Yield: about 1 dozen.
