Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve gelatin with 1/2 cup boiling water and let cool.
  2. Place in blender with 1 cup cottage cheese, blend for 10 seconds.
  3. Add second cup of cottage cheese and blend well for 10 seconds.
  4. Turn into bowl and fold in whipped topping.
  5. Pour into prepared crust.
  6. Top with pie filling
  7. Chill well before serving
