Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 3 oz package blackberry jello (or grape)
  • 1 cup mogen david blackberry wine
  • 4 eggs
  • glaze recipe ingredients
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup mogen david blackberry wine

Directions:

  1. Grease & flour bundt pan.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
  3. Mix all the above ingredients together and pour into bundt or tube pan.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or when cake tests done.
  5. When cake is done, remove from oven but not from pan.
  6. Pour half of glaze over the cake immediately.
  7. Wait for 30 minutes, take cake out of the pan.
  8. Invert onto cake plate.
  9. Pour the other half of glaze over the cake.
