Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Arrange berries in the bottom of a greased 10 baking dish.
  3. Combine eggs, egg yolks, flour, sugar, salt and milk in a blender or food processor.
  4. Process until well mixed.
  5. Pour batter over berries.
  6. Place dish on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until puffed and golden.
  8. Remove from oven and cool; batter may sink a little.
  9. Just before serving, spoon brandy over top and dust with powdered sugar.
