Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp vinegar
  • 1 unbeaten egg
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix first group of ingredients well.
  2. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers.
  3. Fill cupcake papers half full.
  4. Blend second group of ingredients.
  5. Place 1 tsp of filling in each cupcake.
  6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
