Great-tasting, eye-pleasing cupcakes.
Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
3 cups flour
2 cups cold water
2/3 cup cocoa
2/3 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons vinegar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 ounces chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Mix first group of ingredients well.
2. Line muffin tin with cupcake papers.
3. Fill cupcake papers half full.
4. Blend second group of ingredients.
5. Place 1 tsp of filling in each cupcake.
6. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
