Bisquick Fresh Blueberry Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare fresh fruit, and mix with sugar and cornstarch in large bowl.
  3. Transfer to an 8-inch baking pan.
  4. In medium mixing bowl, combine Bisquick, nuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  5. Add milk and stir just until moistened.
  6. Drop topping in small mounds over fruit.
  7. Bake 20 minutes or until topping is light golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the topping comes out clean.
  8. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
