Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup shortening

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients except for the dry powdered milk.
  3. Mix in the shortening.
  4. Add most of the milk then stir.
  5. Add more milk then knead the dough on a floured surface 10-12 times.
  6. Form into a ball.
  7. Roll out the dough and cut unto biscuits.
  8. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
