Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop tomatoes.
  2. Finely chop onion , bell pepper, garlic, and fresh herbs. Put olive oil and onions, bell pepper and garlic in iron skillet and cook over med high heat for 5 or so minutes. add tomatoes and all spices and cook covered for 15-20 minutes.add the tomato paste and cook till thickened. serve over half a box of cooked pasta . Add a grated fresh italian cheese and enjoy with a fresh salad. Did you notice I said fresh? I hope you enjoy this. Have a happy summer.
