Best Ever Fried Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • tony chaceres creole seasoning
  • canola oil (for deep frying)

Directions:

  1. Soak tenderloin in buttermilk. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a large ziploc bag. Add tenderloin in bag and shake to coat.
  2. Heat oil to 375 degrees in skillet. Remove tenderloin from bag and add as much creole seasoning as desired.
  3. Place tenderloin into skillet, cooking about 3 at a time. Remove to paper towels to drain when through cooking.
