Best Ever Fried Tenderloin

I tried this when my fiance had deer meat processed and needed to cook the tenderloin. This works with any type of meat.
Ingredients:
1 -2 lb deer tenderloins
buttermilk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons pepper
tony chaceres creole seasoning
canola oil (for deep frying)
Directions:
1. Soak tenderloin in buttermilk. Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a large ziploc bag. Add tenderloin in bag and shake to coat.
2. Heat oil to 375 degrees in skillet. Remove tenderloin from bag and add as much creole seasoning as desired.
3. Place tenderloin into skillet, cooking about 3 at a time. Remove to paper towels to drain when through cooking.
