Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place 4 pork chops in a baking dish.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour the sauce over the meat.
  4. Cover and bake for 1 hour. Remove bay leaf and serve.
