Ingredients:

  • 4 cups berries
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar , firmly packed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine

Directions:

  1. Melt butter or margarine in a saucepan.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and slowly add brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, and nutmeg, stir until well mixed.
  3. Pour berries into greased ovenproof dish and sweeten with sugar if desired.
  4. Top with graham cracker topping.
  5. Bake in preheated 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
  6. Spoon into serving dishes and top with ice cream.
