Ingredients:

  • 3 medium apples
  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup course oatmeal
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Slice the apples and place in greased 2.
  2. 5 quart baking dish.
  3. Add strawberries quartered add rhubarb cut in 1 inch length,s.
  4. Mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon and stir gently through fruit.
  5. Mix together topping of oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and sprinkle over fruit mixture.
  6. Melt butter and pour over all.
  7. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
