Berry Chocolate pudding yogurt parfait

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 oz package jello sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup blackberry
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Directions:

  1. Mix 1/4 package of Jello Instant pudding powder into 1/4 cup milk with a spoon until thick and creamy.
  2. In any dessert cup, layer plain nonfat yogurt on top of chocolate pudding.
  3. Finally, add berries on top of nonfat yogurt.
  4. Dig spoon into all three layers and enjoy!
  5. You can add one teaspoon of granola/muesli on top if you like.
