Ingredients:

  1. In 1 quart saucepan combine milk and milk powder, cornstarch; stirring until dissolved cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens,2 -3 minutes.
  2. In small mixing bowl beat together half n half and egg, slowly stir in 1/4 c milk mixture into egg mixture; stir egg mixture into remaining milk mixture in saucepan. Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens. 2-3 minutes. Transfer to bowl; cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
  3. To serve, into each of 4 dessert dishes combine 1/2 c strawberries and 1/4 c blueberries; top each with 1/4 cup of the sauce.
